Add water 1-2 tbsp at a time and stir vigorously. Dressing will thicken for a moment and then start to get creamy again as you keep stirring. Keep adding water until desired texture and thickness is reached. For salads, you might want it a bit thinner than if you were using it for a grain bowl or something.
Use as a vegetable dip, a salad dressing, sauce for a bowl, or a topping for something like falafel or gyros.
