Cost — $30 plus cost of pantry staples (generally between $75-100)
Most pantries are full of processed, conventional foods that could sit on the shelf for longer than we’d like to admit and still be okay to eat. Let me help you throw out the trash, re-stock with health-promoting, whole foods, and organize your pantry in a way that will make cooking easier, healthier, and less stressful.
After talking with you about your health goals, I will provide a grocery list ahead of time that you can use to shop for the essentials. Then I will spend 2 hours with you cleaning out your pantry of foods that I’ve learned are not conducive to healthy living will and then help you reorganize with things that will.
Over the course of our time together, I will teach you to read nutrition labels, to “process” your own foods, and why real food is important for your health and for your family’s health. By the end of our session together, you will feel confident in shopping for your household and in using real ingredients to lead you on a journey to a healthier life.
