One-on-One Coaching

In my one-on-one coaching packages, I will work with you personally to help you achieve your goals. The postpartum period is a busy time; the last thing a lot of moms have time to focus on is themselves. I focus on helping you learn to meal prep with healthy, whole foods so that they’re available through the week. I also have done a lot of research on foods that decrease inflammation and that balance hormones. I want you to start feeling like yourself again and to start feeling healthier and happier so that you can be the best mom you can be to your children.

I don’t believe in dieting: it’s not sustainable and it’s not fun. I help you change the way you think about food, from new eating habits to meal planning and prepping. Though weight loss is not always the goal with these changes, it is almost always a side effect of living this way.

Even more than the weight loss though, you will finally feel in control of the way you feel, gain more respect for your body, and be more in tune with how it feels and how easily it is affected by what you put into it. You will feel more confident in cooking healthy and delicious food and have more energy to do the things you want to do.

As stated above, one of the best ways to help fit this into postpartum craziness is through meal prep. In my packages, I include a detailed, laid out meal prep schedule. I encourage you to find one hour a couple of days a week to prep grains, meats, snacks, and vegetables for meals through out the week. This ensures that you have the time to cook a healthy meal for yourself and your family instead of turning to something more convenient, but also more processed.

At our first meeting, I want to just listen to you: I want to know what your goals are and what you’re struggling with. I want to know what works for your body and what doesn’t work for your body. From there, I will use my expertise to make sure you achieve the goals you set. I work locally and in-person in the Treasure Valley, Idaho area and virtually with anyone else! My packages are listed below:

4 weeks — $150

Package includes:

  • initial, 1-hr consultation
  • pantry reset OR 1.5 hour personal meal prep demo (can do both for an extra $25)
  • 4 personalized weekly meal plans, meal prep schedule, and ingredient lists (5 day)
  • 4 formal weekly phone check-ins, plus text/email communication with me whenever you need help or support

6 weeks — $200

Package includes:

  • initial, 1-hr consultation
  • pantry reset OR 1.5 hour personal meal prep demo (can do both for an extra $25)
  • 6 personalized weekly meal plans, meal prep schedule, and ingredient lists (5 day)
  • 6 formal weekly phone check-ins, plus text/email communication with me whenever you need help or support

Virtual one-on-one coaching — $30/week for up to 6 weeks

Package includes:

  • initial phone consultation
  • personalized weekly meal plans, meal prep schedule, and ingredient lists
  • formal weekly phone check-ins, plus communication with me whenever you need help or support
