In my one-on-one coaching packages, I will work with you personally to help you achieve your goals. At our first meeting, I want to just listen to you: I want to know what your goals are and what you’re struggling with. I want to know what works for your body and what doesn’t work for your body. From there, I will use my expertise to make sure you achieve the goals you set.
My #1 goal through my coaching packages is to ensure that by the end of our 6-weeks together, you are equipped with the knowledge to do all of the things I teach you by yourself. Teach a man to fish vs. give a man a fish, you know?
I work locally and in-person in the Treasure Valley, Idaho area and virtually with anyone else! My packages are listed below:
My 1:1 Coaching Program is 6-weeks long
- initial, 1.5-hr consultation
- pantry reset where we go through your pantry, talk about common foods you and your family enjoy and then talk about how we can eventually replace some of those with healthier options, all while learning about nutrition label and ingredient list reading
- grocery store tour and information packet
- 1.5 hour personal meal prep demo with first week’s groceries
- personalized weekly meal plans, meal prep schedule, and ingredient lists (can work with foods you and your family already enjoy)
- formal weekly phone check-ins, plus text/email communication with me whenever you need help or support
